What is a momme?

Momme is a measurement of silk weight. The higher the momme weight, the higher the quality of the fibers. For example, a 25 momme pillowcase has almost 30% more silk per square inch than a 19 momme pillowcase does.

What is EVERSILK?

EVERSILK is specially-commissioned and made to our exacting standards, developed and refined over ten years to provide the ultimate combination of shine, thickness, softness and durability. We use the highest grade (6A) long fiber mulberry silk, with a thickness of 22 momme and enforce the strictest quality guidelines, including non toxic dyes.

EVERSILK has been scientifically tested by an independent third-party lab and shown to significantly reduce friction and absorb significantly less face cream.

What size is an EVERSILK pillowcase?

EVERSILK pillowcases are available in 3 sizes. We have a standard Size of 20”x 26” (51cm x 66cm), a queen size of 20” x 30” (51cm x 76cm) and a king size of 20" x 36" (51cm x 91cm). While we’d like to cater to everyone’s needs, these sizes are the most popular across all international markets.

Why Sleep on an EVERSILK pillowcase instead of cotton or satin?

EVERSILK pillowcases are made with extremely high-quality mulberry silk. Our EVERSILK fibers are much less absorbent than cotton. So our premium pillowcases will not absorb moisture from your skin or absorb your expensive nighttime moisturizer. Our pillowcases also create 43% less friction than traditional pillowcases. They do not tug on your skin while you sleep, so you wake up with fewer facial creases.

How does EVERSILK help my hair?

EVERSILK benefits your hair in the same way it benefits your skin. Because it does not absorb as much moisture, your hair does not dry out over the night. The massive decrease in friction also does not cause your hair to knot or break. You can wake up in the morning with smooth soft hair and spend less time styling. It is especially helpful for curly or textured hair!

How to wash my silk pillowcase?

Do’s

Hand wash with PH neutral detergent(Use your hair shampoo if you don't have this)

Machine wash in delicate cycle (turn it inside out and use a laundry mesh bag)

Avoid dry under a scorching sun

Steam on low heat/ Flat iron with a thin fabric layering on top

 

Don’t

Don’t bleach

Don’t tumble dry

Don’t use products with trichloroethylene

Don't use fabric softener, it is not necessary for silk

Do you ship overseas?

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Standard shipping takes 8-12 business days to arrive and Expedited shipping takes 5-8 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Where is my order? How can I check the order status?

We will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact our Customer Care department if you would like to cancel your order.

If your order has not been fulfilled, we will be able to cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been packaged and is on its way to you, please accept the delivery, and give us a call. A member of our Customer Care team would be more than happy to assist you in processing a return for your items and issue you a Return instructions within 60 days of shipment receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for all fees associated with your return shipment.

Do I have to pay duties and/or tax?

International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient;

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 60-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If within the 60-day period if you are not happy with your purchase, please send an email with your order number and contact information to hello@eversilk.com. We will walk you through the refund procedure. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
